Area Sales Manager - Central/Eastern Europe

What are you going to do?
As our new Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for increasing sales and profits in the Central and Eastern Europe region. You develop and maintain relationships with our key accounts, identify new opportunities and build relationships with new customers.
- Providing active support to the customer base;
- Acquiring and developing new customers;
- Building your own sales plan, based on existing and potential business;
- Communicating with the internal sales teams, who support you in the back office;
- Discussing the customer's needs and wishes in a solution-oriented manner to offer a customer-specific solution;
- Conducting negotiations at various decision-making levels.
Who are we looking for?
The key to success in this role is the combination of sales talent and technical know-how.
- A bachelor degree or equivalent experience in the Commercial/Technical field;
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant international sales experience (B2B), preferably in a steel/aluminium company;
- The ability to identify sales opportunities and to make the sale (B2B);
- A good command of the English language
- An analytic and structured way of working
- A pioneering and reponsible spirit
