Internship HRM / Employer Branding

Are you studying HRM or a similar study and are you looking for a versatile internship at a metal company?
Then we have a great internship for you!

This internship can be combined with your own research for your studies. We would be happy to work with you on an internship assignment that you find interesting and relevant to both your study programme and Kersten.

THE INTERNSHIP

Your internship will focus on HR and employer branding.

INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES

We offer a versatile and instructive internship in which you can put the knowledge you have gained from your studies into practice.

Think for example about:

• Employer branding
  Strengthening our employer position among our current team and future employees.
   
• Market research
  Setting up and conducting (qualitative) market research and advising through a plan in the area of recruitment and maintaining a qualitative team of employees.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

• You are a 3rd or 4th year HBO student in HRM, or a similar field of study.
• You are creative and have an eye for detail.
• You are communicatively strong and speak and write the Dutch and English languages very well. German is an advantage.
• You have an interest in metal technology.
