What will you be doing as a plate miller at Kersten?

We are currently expanding our rolling capacity with one of the largest plate rolling machines in Europe. We are looking for a motivated and experienced roll operator.

You will join a nice team with a pleasant, informal work atmosphere. The duties of this independent and versatile position consist of:

• Rolling cylinders and cones on conventional and CNC controlled plate rolling machines.
• Working safely with lifting equipment including operation of overhead cranes.
• MIG/MAG bonding.
• Measuring workpieces.
• Perform minor maintenance on the plate rolling machines.

This we ask of you: 

• Technical LBO/MBO level
• You have demonstrable experience as a plate rolling operator.
• You are willing to work 2 shifts.
• You work independently and have a flexible working attitude.
• Reading technical drawings and measuring products are no problem for you.
