BBL Tool maker
Are you following a technical BBL course, for example a Verspaner? Then we have a nice BBL position for you where we train and guide you in practice to become an independent toolmaker.
At BBL you go to school on average one day a week and you work at Kersten four days a week. In addition to the salary you receive, we reimburse the costs of your BBL training.
This is what you're going to do
- You support the Technical Maintenance department
- You work safely with lifting equipment (including the operation of overhead cranes).
- You read technical drawings
- You perform various machining work, including conventional turning and milling.
- You are responsible for the issuance and calibration of measuring equipment.
- You will have the opportunity to eventually also learn CNC machining and advanced measuring systems.

We are looking for an apprentice toolmaker with the following qualities:
- You are following a technical BBL course or you want to take one.
- You are quality-oriented.
- You like to learn new things
- You are collegial
- You are flexible and have a no-nonsense mentality.
