3D contour cutting

After the products are curved, excess length is removed using robot technology. These advanced robots realize (complex) 3D contours and/or bevels in the same movement. Holes and cut-outs can also be cut. This highly accurate process results in significant cost savings compared to conventional techniques.

Off-line programming makes it ideal for small and medium series.

As well as 3D cutting of cylinders, cones, tubes and pipes, our robots make complex cuts in profiles such as IPEs, HEAs and UNPs. Kersten uses advanced plasma and oxy fuel cutting robots.
