Hi, I'm Alessandro. I have not been working as a plate miller at Kersten for very long. I actually come from a bakery background and had no experience in metal. But I would like solidity and my job, and since it is becoming increasingly difficult to start my own bakery, I wanted something different. I wanted security in my work, and I find it here at Kersten.
I really liked the induction process. It was all new to me and I had to learn everything. But fortunately the great colleagues helped me learn everything very quickly. They helped me on my way very well. The atmosphere is good. Everyone is sociable and helps each other when necessary.
